Every order from HQD Australia ships tracked via AusPost from our Sydney or Melbourne warehouses, in plain, unbranded packaging. This page covers shipping costs and what to expect on delivery day.
Delivery on Arrival
As required under our age policy, all HQD vape deliveries require ID verification confirming the recipient is 18 or older at the point of delivery. Couriers cannot leave age-restricted parcels unattended without verification.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive an AusPost tracking link by email. If tracking hasn't updated within 2 business days of dispatch, or your parcel appears delayed, reach out via our contact page and we'll follow it up with AusPost directly.
Shipping Costs
Two options at checkout. Same-day express is $30.00 and goes out the same business day when you order before 3pm AEST. Standard delivery is $10.00 and arrives from two business days onward. Both are tracked with AusPost and both ship in plain, unbranded packaging — the difference is speed, not handling.
